Cancellation Policy

All 1:1 appointments can be postponed to another time within 24 hours prior to the appointment. If you need to change your appointment within a 24 hour period you may change your appointment at no extra fee. If you cancel all together, you will need to pay 50% of the appointment fee. For all classes and retreats, these are non-refundable unless the practitioner and student decide this is an emergency, and in this case, the tickets can be transferred to another class or retreat.
