To get the most from your session, prepare your body and mind with a few simple steps:

  • Take 15–30 minutes before we begin

  • Notice how your body feels today

  • Acknowledge emotions, thoughts, and sensations

  • If you meditate, gently visualise receiving healing and love

🥗 Eat & Hydrate

  • Eat something light beforehand

  • Drink water so your body feels grounded

  • Avoid heavy meals (they pull energy into digestion)

  • Feeling hungry or thirsty can make it harder to relax

🛌 Get Comfortable

  • Wear comfortable clothing

  • Ideally lie down or sit in a supported position

  • Create a calm space (soft music, dim lights, blanket)

  • Use the restroom before the session

  • Silence notifications where possible

  • We’ll connect via Zoom

  • A brief consultation helps me understand your intention and focus areas
     

🌿 Guided Relaxation

  • I’ll guide you into a calm, meditative state

  • You can close your eyes and let the body soften
     

🔮 Energy Healing

  • We stay connected in silence for the healing

  • You rest, meditate, or even fall asleep — that’s perfectly okay

  • The more relaxed you are, the more receptive your system becomes

  • I remain present and aware while administering the healing

  • You don’t need to “do” anything — simply receive
